Yulia Zolotayko-Merchant, PMHNP

Yulia Zolotayko-Merchant is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in nursing and advanced practice care. She began her career as a Registered Nurse and brings over 12 years of inpatient experience, including oncology and post-operative care. This background provided her with extensive experience caring for patients with complex medical needs and supporting individuals and families through critical and recovery periods with compassion and clinical excellence.

She later advanced her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and gained experience in pain management and home health. In these roles, Yulia focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care, chronic disease management, and improving quality of life across diverse care settings. Her broad clinical experience across acute care, chronic care, and community-based practice allows her to understand how physical health conditions, pain, and life stressors can impact emotional and mental well-being.

Now practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Yulia brings an integrative approach to mental health care. She treats each patient as a whole person, recognizing the connection between mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged as you move toward healing and a healthier, more balanced life. Yulia believes that seeking help is a strong and important step, and she feels honored to walk alongside her patients with compassion, respect, and genuine care.
